Complex 1. Morning, bed (a few breathing cycles and movements to wake up gently and set a productive day)
Complex 2. Kitchen (you'll be surprised at how much benefit you can give your body while the coffee is brewing or the omelet is cooking)
Complex 3. Living Room (playing with a child on the floor or getting ready to watch a movie - your rug will perfectly serve as a yoga mat)
Complex 4. Work Area (how many hours a day do you sit? And how much do you move? Take a few breaks, just for 2-3 minutes, and by the evening you will retain mobility and vigor)
Complex 5. Evening, bed (this video will help you set up for a quality night's sleep, unloading your body and mind)
